Pocketed.org ("Pocketed", "we", "us") is a software tool designed to help you store and organise receipts, and to extract data from those receipts using AI and OCR technology.

Pocketed does not provide:

• Tax advice;
• Accounting advice;
• Financial advice;
• Legal advice.

Any information, summaries or outputs produced by Pocketed are general in nature and should not be relied upon as a substitute for advice from a qualified tax agent, accountant, financial adviser or lawyer.

You remain solely responsible for your own tax and financial reporting obligations, including any submissions made to the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) or any other authority.

2. Accuracy of AI & OCR

Pocketed uses third-party AI and OCR providers to read and extract data from images and documents. While we aim for high accuracy, AI and OCR technologies have inherent limitations:

• They may misread or skip information.
• They may mis-categorise or incorrectly interpret amounts, dates, GST or other fields.
• Image quality, lighting, layout and language can significantly affect accuracy.

We cannot and do not guarantee that any data extracted by Pocketed is complete, correct or suitable for any particular purpose.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all data extracted by Pocketed before relying on it for any purpose, including tax, accounting or financial reporting.

3. Use at Your Own Risk

To the maximum extent permitted by law and subject to your non-excludable rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL):

• You use Pocketed and any AI/OCR features at your own risk.
• We are not liable for any loss, damage, penalties, interest or other consequences that may arise from incorrect or incomplete data, including in connection with tax returns, activity statements, expense claims or financial reporting.

Nothing in this disclaimer limits any rights you may have under the ACL that cannot be excluded.
